Issues with Internet Explorer / Edge browsers

In some specific cases our interactive video player does not work properly if you're using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge browser.

To solve this issue we recommend two alternatives:

1. Use a different browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.

Google Chrome:

2. Turn off a specific security setting in your Internet Explorer / Edge browser:

- Go to Start menu / Control Panel / Internet Options / Advanced tab
- Scroll down to the 'Security' block
- Find and UNCHECK the 'Check for server certificate revocation' box
